Hi, I'm Olivia!

Currently living just outside of London, I am a lover of all things travel, exploring new cultures, drawing, meeting new people, animals, reading, nature, holistic healing, architecture and of course, Yoga!

I was first introduced to this practice when my Ballet Teacher made me do a few poses after class to help with my training. However, being someone who naturally loves a challenge, I found myself practicing the slightly more advanced poses non stop like Headstand - you could say I got addicted pretty quickly!
Coming from a Dance background since young, I was always intrigued by the idea of exploring new spaces within the body especially the ones which are dormant within us. Most of us are not even aware of our true capabilities in our body and mind!
My teaching style comes through this personal discovery within my own practice and consistently learning about my own capabilities.

Yoga is a journey off the mat just as it is on your mat…

Like most people, the real shift towards this practice really came from my everyday life, or lack thereof. Coming from a Sales background, I started off working in the Motor Trade and then doing Business to Business Sales. Working 70-80 hours a week at 18 was a normality for me and it was also a normality for me to be physically and emotionally drained by the end of the work week. Going to the Gym as and when I could find the time, I still felt like an emotional and spiritual element was missing to my Wellbeing.
Doing Ballet and going to the Gym helped me physically but emotionally, I was empty… until I dived more into Yoga!

And this was how MY:YOGA was born…

We are living in a time where most of us are overworked, underpaid and unhappy with our souls desiring so much more.
Society keeps our attention on the ‘outer’ but gives little bearing to the ‘inner’ which is the most important. We are ultimately holistic beings - you cannot just focus on one without the presence of the other.
Many other forms of movement are usually based around transformation of the body and the end result, but there’s not many others, if any that have the power to heal the mind and spirit at the same time like this practice can.
Yoga is here to inspire you to be focused on how you feel by bringing awareness to your MIND:BODY:BREATH connection which is where the true transformation lies.
MY:YOGA was created to remind you that every conscious movement you make that is unified with your breath ultimately gives you the ability to get closer to your freedom.


From years of discovery within my own practice (and still going), it is now my mission to help you discover your healing, balance and freedom through the MY:YOGA Method.
