If so, then MY:YOGA 1:1 sessions are a great place for you to start.Yoga was traditionally practiced on a 1:1 basis where the teacher gave the student their undivided attention and focus. Although classes have their undeniable benefits, every body has a different ‘body’ and tending to everyone’s needs is not possible in a group class.
We have all lived different experiences and lives which show through our daily posture, how we walk and what movements we can do versus what we cannot do.I have worked with many clients over the years and continue to do so each with varying different abilities. Everyone has different goals however they tend to be very similar ranging from improving their flexibility, building their strength, starting yoga after an injury, working towards more challenging yoga poses or maintaining a sense of ease and mindfulness that can translate in to their daily lives.
