Renewal.

An 8 week yoga & mindfulness experience to align with the stillness of Winter and the emergence of Spring.

January to March ‘26, Hertfordshire, UK.

This 8-week yoga and mindfulness journey invites you to start 2026 in a grounded state, move with the quiet rhythm of Winter and the tender awakening of early Spring. Each of our practices together will be designed to help you feel more deeply rooted in your body, attuned to your breath, and open to the subtle shifts of the changing seasons.

Through a mixture of slow and dynamic warming flows, deep stretches and guided mindfulness practices, you will explore the art of softening—melting tension, releasing the weight of Winter, and creating space for renewal for 2026.

Think of this experience as a mindful pause; being a warm refuge in these colder months.

As the weeks unfold, the practice gradually becomes more expansive as we transition in to Spring. You will cultivate a sense of inner ‘expansion’, awakening your energy with fluid movement and embodied presence.

This is an invitation to slow down over an extended period of time together. We will honour the seasonal cycles through movement that feels nourishing and grounding.

❄️ Winter (Jan–Feb) ❄️

  • Breathwork (pranayama) for calm and clarity

  • Meditation and journalling prompts to nurture self-reflection

  • Aromatherapy and a shoulder or temple massage at the end of each practice

“Olivia is such a fantastic & knowledgeable teacher. I recently did her ‘art of unwinding’ course where she shared ways we can get the body into a state of calm. This included breath-work, journalling, meditation, massage and restorative yoga practices to nourish the body and mind to aid relaxation. It was such a brilliant course and I can’t wait to do another!”

“Olivia won me over as a yogi when I started nearly two years ago! :)

She’s incredibly warm, approachable, and always provides a variety of modifications—perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike—so everyone feels comfortable and challenged.

Her retreats and courses are also fantastic, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind and do something special for yourself. I couldn’t recommend her more! ”

Experience Overview.

Ground & Grow..

Weeks 1 & 2.

The beginning of your experience will focus on welcoming in the New Year with a sense of presence and a grounded arrival. You will set your heartfelt intentions for 2026. You will also be invited to cultivate a sense of stillness so you can release what is not serving you any more.

Serene Stillness..

Weeks 3 & 4.

Entering in to the midpoint of Winter, you will be invited to honour rest and stillness. Through incorporating mindful restorative practices with mindfulness, yoga nidra and breathwork, you will explore how resting can still lead to growth and how slowing down is essential during Winter.

Nourish & Nurture..

Weeks 5 & 6.

Weeks 5 and 6 will focus on how you can incorporate daily acts of support and nourishment. You will explore tools that can support yourself physically, mentally and emotionally during this Winter season. With the cold weather outside, you will start to tend to your own ‘inner warmth’ by incorporating yoga poses that provide an inner heat and vitality within the body.

Flow Forward..

Weeks 7 & 8.

With Spring gently emerging during our final weeks together, we will focus on what seeds of intention we would like to nurture for the Spring season. Think of gentle flows with heart opening positions, grounding to uplifting sequences and working on stirring a new and renewed energy within the body. You will leave the experience in a grounded and centred state with awareness of how you can carry this aligned and calm energy in to Spring.
