A two part experience, helping you to reconnect to your body and mind.
For many, Summer can be a busy period, often overworking, over-giving and overextending ourselves with work, social events and family meet ups.
This will be your time to release any expectation. To take a pause in the busier months.
To sloooow down.
To ask yourself; how do I really want my Summer to be and flow?
The Ritual & Sound Asleep
Your experience will be split into two parts. ‘The Ritual’ will support your physical body and ‘Sound Asleep’ will nourish and tend to your emotional and mental body, as well as the nervous system.
Step in to ‘The Ritual’ to begin with starting in May ~ A wellbeing retreat day offering a soft return to your physical body. This is not just a yoga retreat, but a slow and gentle space to reconnect to the quiet intelligence of your physical form.
We will tend to rehydrating the fascia for free flow of movement, lymphatic drainage and muscle release including a Face Yoga workshop with Zena Kidd-May, a supported yoga practice tending to the heart and small intestines which are the organs needing most care in this season. Through fluid sequences and fascia-focused release, we invite the body to open in its own time and to move at its own pace, even if the World around it in Summer is moving fast.

The second part of your experience will be ‘Sound Asleep’ in June ~ A 2.5 hour gentle descent in to the emotional and mental body, where somatic movement and sound therapy will weave together to quieten the mind and soothe the nervous system.
This is a space of deep listening for the emotional, mental and cellular body.
Your sound experience will be guided by Maddy Hill from RE:VIBE who created the first Wild Float & Sound ritual in the UK… your nervous system won’t want to miss this experience.

13:30pm ~ fascial flow and let go movement practice with Olivia

15:30pm ~ a beautiful Summers walk around Hatfield House Woodlands
16:30pm ~ Face Yoga workshop with Zena Kidd-May
17:30pm ~ farewells and luxury gift bags to take home with products to support the body in the Summer season

Friday 12th June ‘26.

19:00pm ~ arrivals and an organic golden milk latte from Tea & Tonic
19:15pm ~ somatic movement practice with Olivia
20:30pm ~ break with cacao balls, drinks and herbal remedies
20:45pm ~ sound therapy with Maddy Hill from RE:VIBE
21:30pm ~ farewells and luxury gift bags to take home with products to support the nervous system
